How can I create an account?
Simply go to our ‘My account’ page (“https://www.shore-access.com/my-account”), after that, you need to fill-up all the required fields in order to create an account.
Can I order in your shop without an account?
Yes. You can go to checkout page directly after you shopped in our website and we will automatically generate an account for you after you fill-up all the required fields. We will send your username right away in your registered email if you forgot it.
I forgot my password, can I request a new one?
Yes. Just simply click the “forgot password” and then input your registered email address, after that we will send you a link on how to reset your password.
I haven't receive any email from Shore Access, what should I do?
Please check the spam folder in your mailbox. If you can’t find any email from us, maybe you may have entered a wrong email address or misspelled it. Please contact us and we will look into it.

What kind of payment do you accept?
For now, we only accept PayPal payment only. We do not also accept cash on delivery.
How do I check my order process?
We will email you on your registered email address from time to time to make sure that your order will be delivered on expected date.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order yet. Just make sure all items that you ordered is final before you proceed to our payment.
How long the delivery will take?
You will choose your desired date on when you want to deliver the item. In some cases, there maybe delays in some rare occasions or in remote areas. We have also an express delivery if you want to deliver order tomorrow.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice via email when your order is sent out to you.
I receive a wrong package/damaged item, How long it will take to replace a new one?
If you received a wrong package or damaged item/s, please email or call us immediately for replacement. For Japan address, it will take 1 to 2 days.
